My apparently VIRTUAL psychometric class takes place in the lovely cyberspace called Yud Alef 3, which belongs to one of the hundred-thousand IRONI high schools in Tel Aviv.

Yud Alef 3 has many features; one of which is the virtual workspace collaboration tool known as the “whiteboard” application:

So put on your VR goggles and hit the jump to read more.

Anagrams of “Toblerone”

Filed under: deep thoughts, smash, worldlike travel, [bacterial] Culture — eli @ 11:24 pm

Nobody know what it means in Swiss, so we spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what they were trying to say.

  • Elbo Trone
  • Noble Rote
  • Robot Lene
  • Robo ‘n’ leet

My favorite is Bone Trole.

Alternatively, perhaps it was taken from a Swiss street sign: To Blerone →

Crog seals his moment in history

Filed under: smash, [bacterial] Culture — eli @ 1:25 pm

The No Smoking Orchestra, led by Emir Kusturica, performed at the so-called “Culture Palace” in Tel Aviv, making a lot of noise and playing some really awesome songs in the process.

Somehow, when the masses approached the stage, Tanya, Vitaly and I were swept along, as well. And as a result, all three of us are now featured on the No Smoking Orchestra website gallery!!

Feast your eyes (from this gallery, we’re on the lower left-hand side):

We did it! We vindicated history and stuff, now we can pack up and go home, kthx universe.
Thanks to Tanya for finding the photo!!!!

A new term

Filed under: antisocial tips, deep thoughts, smash, [bacterial] Culture — eli @ 3:11 am

I hope that someday I am credited with being the inventor of the term sneeze cultivation.

It’s when you almost sneeze, and you don’t, but you search for bright lights or the proper concentration or the correct dust configuration for your nasal passages. A sneeze brought about by such artificial means is thought of as cultivated.

When someone asks why you weren’t listening to whatever they were saying, you can tell them you were cultivating a sneeze.
